    Online personal trainer

    I’m a strength & nutrition coach with 10+ years of experience helping clients build strong, confident, and sustainable lifestyles. I hold a BA in Athletic Training from the University of Georgia, an MA in Sports Media from Valparaiso University, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, and a CSCS through NSCA. I’ve spent 7 years working with collegiate athletes, building on my background as a competitive soccer player & a sports medicine intern with the United States Olympic Committee, & have coached in 5 different styles of gyms—giving me a well-rounded, adaptable approach to training. After overcoming my own struggles with restrictive dieting, I now create personalized training & nutrition plans that deliver long-term results without extremes, so you can train smarter & fuel better.
