I hold a BA in Athletic Training from the University of Georgia, an MA in Sports Media from Valparaiso University, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, and a CSCS through NSCA.
I’ve spent 7 years working with collegiate athletes, building on my background as a competitive soccer player & a sports medicine intern with the United States Olympic Committee, & have coached in 5 different styles of gyms—giving me a well-rounded, adaptable approach to training.
