I’m a strength & nutrition coach with over 12 years of experience helping clients build strong, confident, and sustainable lifestyles. I grew up an athlete and entered college doing what I knew best—hours of cardio. During a sports medicine internship with the United States Olympic Committee, I worked alongside strength and conditioning coaches who introduced me to proper lifting technique, program design, and performance-based training. That experience changed how I viewed fitness and set the foundation for the coach I am today.
Since then, I’ve spent over 10 years working with collegiate athletes and coaching in 5 different styles of gyms, allowing me to adapt training to all bodies, goals, and environments. After overcoming my own struggles with restrictive dieting, I now create personalized training and nutrition plans that prioritize long-term results without extremes—so you can train smarter, fuel better, and feel confident in your body.
